No representation for the petitioners. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation.

The petitioners challenge proceedings Rc.No.1323/2008-C, dated 15-07-2009 whereunder the 1st respondent passed orders of supersession of Managing Committee under Section 34(1) of the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964.

This Court on 21-08-2009 granted interim suspension for a period of four weeks therefrom. From the docket proceedings, it appears that on 20.10.2009 the interim suspension was extended until further orders. The supersession order was passed on 1507-2009. With the interim orders granted on 21.08.2009 and extended on 20.10.2009, the objection against supersession is substantially worked out. With the passage of time, the petitioners may not be interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
