THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12450 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that what has been challenged is the recommendation of the report of the District Level Scrutiny Committee wherein prima facie a finding has been given about the Caste Certificate of the petitioner. Thereafter, an order has been passed by the Collector in exercise of the powers conferred under the Telangana State (SC, ST and BC) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993, canceling the Caste Certificate issued in favour of the petitioner, and the petitioner is advised to challenge the same in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

3. According liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
