HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2259 of 2014 ORDER:

The present revision case is filed questioning the judgment dated 10.07.2014 passed in Crl.A.No.777 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy district, confirming the orders dated 24.10.2013 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2174 of 2013 in D.V.C.No.7 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy district, awarding a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent and Rs.2,000/- per month each to respondent Nos.3 and 4 towards interim maintenance.

On 16.08.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the main D.V.C. itself is disposed of. However, he sought time to report the same to the Court.

When the matter was called in the morning session, there was no representation and the same was passed over. Even in the afternoon session, when the matter is called, there is no representation. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present revision case. This Court also feels that in every probability the main D.V.C. itself would have been disposed of. In these circumstances, the criminal revision case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
