This revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C.

assailing the orders dated 08.07.2011 in Crl.r.P.No.284 of 2010 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby whereunder the order dated 09.11.2010 in M.C.No.5 of 2006 by the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) Hyderabad, was reversed.

Learned counsel for the first respondent present. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.10.2017. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.

Hence, this criminal revision case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
