This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.518 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered under Sections 448, 384 and 506 IPC read with 34 IPC.

A perusal of record reveals that police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. Therefore, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

Hence, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copy of FIR, complaint and charge sheet to the petitioner.
