This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in interfering in civil disputes and trying to exert pressure on him to settle scores with the 5th respondent in respect of the land in question as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance for appropriate consequential directions. 2.
Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions received in the matter and submits that the respondent-Police have never interfered with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and in fact the suit filed by 5th respondent in OS No.404 of 2007 on the file of Prl.JCJ, Ananthapuram, was decreed against the petitioner, petitioner filed appeal in AS No.57 of 2018 on the file of District Judge, Ananthapuram, and the appeal is pending.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
