Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, for undertaking the process of laying roads, verification is being undertaken by the respondent-GVMC officials and, only after issuing notices to the petitioners herein, further action will be taken by the respondent-GVMC. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
