THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.16008 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representations, dated 14.11.2013, 10.03.2014, 17.10.2014 and 23.01.2015, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to release two annual grade increments with cumulative effect.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have disposed of aforesaid representations.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development (TG) appearing for the respondents, seeks two (2) months' time to dispose of aforesaid representations.
4. An innocuous prayer has been sought for in this Writ Petition to dispose of aforesaid representations.
5. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representations, dated 14.11.2013, 10.03.2014, 17.10.2014 and 23.01.2015, filed by the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE K.C.
