THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22611 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the revenue authorities in issuing her pattadar pass books and title deeds in relation to subject land despite the application made by her in the prescribed format as long back as on 31.05.2017. Perusal of the record bears out that the petitioner made such an application.

That being so, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, to take appropriate action on the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI(A). In the event the Tahsildar is not inclined to accept the request of the petitioner, he shall pass a detailed order indicating the reasons as to why her request cannot be accepted. This exercise, one way or the other, shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
