THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.9791 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao does not press the writ prayer but submits that the petitioner is satisfied if the Court considers directing the 2nd respondent to examine the representation dated 25-11-2013 and passes orders in accordance with law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that now it is difficult to retrieve the representation dated 25-11-2013 and the petitioner can be given liberty to file fresh representation. I have heard the learned counsel for petitioner and perused the representation dated 25-11-2013.

Having regard to the limited prayer and the issue under the Registration and Stamps Ac t is sought to be c anvassed before the 2nd respondent, this Court is satisfied that the limited prayer can be considered. Hence, the following order:- The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 25-11-2013 by enclosing a copy of this order before the 2nd respondent within eight weeks from today. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation in accordance with law and take further action, if he has jurisdiction and authorized in this behalf.

The said exercise shall be undertaken and completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of representation.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
