The Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent has passed on to the counsel for the petitioner, marks memos of the petitioner in respect of IV year 1st and 2nd semesters. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner is addressed and so I am not inclined to take any steps to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court. Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
