HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31997 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not conducting survey over the petitioners' land inspite of their representations dated 11.04.2018 and also inspite of directions given by this Court in WP.No.38037 of 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of this writ petitioner the petitioner was issued memo dated 17.04.2018 in File No.A2/665/2018 and petitioner has already made an application to the concerned Tahasildar on 13.08.2018 along with requisite fee and other charges. He also submits that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said application in terms of the Circular No.N1/1408/2007, dated 13.07.2007.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
