Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri A.Raghu Kumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, would agree that an order, similar to the one passed in W.P.No. 41120 of 2014 dated 31-12-2014, be passed in this Writ Petition also.

Following the said order and in terms thereof, the Writ Petition is also disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
