This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.8.11.2016 in I.A. No.1416 of 2011 in O.S. No.1512 of 2007 on the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. On 28.4.2017 no one represented the petitioner and hence the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioner or anybody representing him is not present.
