HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32082 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing sealed tender notice proceedings F.No.1/ DJPK/ AUC/ SPT-2018-19/ AUCTION, dated 30.08.2018 calling for the tenders for the offered items at Dargah Hazrath Janpak Shaheed (RH) Janpahad Village, Palakhe Mandal, Suryapet District, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also in violation of the orders passed by the Atiyat Collector and Joint Collector, Suryapet, dated 28.02.2018 in Case No.F2/ 13004/ ATY/ 2013.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Standing Counsel for the Wakf Board, would submit that entire tender process is over and work has also been allotted. Insofar as the representation made by the petitioner requesting to hand over the charge to him, is concerned, it is stated that the same was rejected and the rejection order was also communicated to the petitioner. Hence, I see no reason to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

3) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 10.09.2018 gkv
