ORDER:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order dated 2-12-2014 in I.A.No.1040 of 2014 in O.S.No.748 of 2014 on the file of the learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

After a detailed hearing of the case, I am of the opinion that the well reasoned order passed by the lower Court is not liable for interference. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, having regard to the request made by Mr. B. Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the suit within six months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP No.1925 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
