Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that consequent to declaring the petitioner as medically unfit as Driver, alternative employment was provided to him and later he was promoted as Assistant Depot Clerk and is working as such and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
