RAJANI WRIT PETITION No.24709 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order passed by us on 26.07.2017, the petitioner appeared before the Medical Board, and after the Medical Board constituted by the 2nd respondent-University certified his eligibility, he was permitted to appear for counseling and he has also been given admission in to the Apollo Medical College of the 2nd respondent-University, under the physically disabled quota. As the grievance of the petitioner shall stand redressed, no further orders are required. Therefore, confirming the admission granted to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
