This Petition is filed seeking transfer of M.C.No.35 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. The petitioner is the husband and the 2nd respondent is the wife. On behalf of the 2nd respondent, learned counsel Sri Harender Pershad would submit that transferring M.C.No.35 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, would be far more convenient to both parties.

In that view of the matter, since convenience of the parties is an important factor to be kept in view, M.C.No.35 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, immediately.
