HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO W.P. No. 6722 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 28.06.2017 passed by this Court, the 1st respondent is personally present in the Court.

The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the order dated 08.10.2015 in O.A.No. 699 of 2012 passed by the Tribunal has already been complied with vide Memo No.12970/ Ser.II(1)/ 2017-2, dated 05.07.2017 issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition, and accordingly, the same is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
