Heard counsel for petitioner, Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent, and the Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that 1st respondent has not disposed of petitioner's representations dt.06.01.2017 and dt.05.12.2017.

Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that 1st respondent will dispose of petitioner's representations within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representations dt.06.01.2017 and dt.05.12.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
