THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No. 1606 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) has brought to our notice that on 05.10.2015, after the withdrawal of the prosecution launched against the petitioner herein on 28.09.2015, a charge-sheet has been issued, thus, initiating disciplinary proceedings.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Contempt Case and we only hope that the respondents will act promptly in completing the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as is possible, preferably within a period of six months.

With this, the Contempt Case stands dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
