THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12758 OF 2015 ORDER:
This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No.249 of 2015 on the file of the Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati Urban, registered for the offences under Section 370-A(2) IPC and Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 7(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. Heard and perused.
The allegation against the petitioner herein is that the petitioner and the other accused involved in running a brothel house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is innocent. He further submits that A.1 and A.2 were granted bail. Hence, he prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the seriousness of the offences, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.3.
