This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 06.08.2013, in I.A.No.287 of 2013 in O.P.No.846 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court below dismissed the petition. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that O.P.No.846 of 2011 itself was allowed by the Court below on 10.02.2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
