I.A.No.2 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of Para 7 of the order dated 12.11.2025 in Crl.P.No.14371 of 2025 which reads as under:

"iii. The petitioner/accused No.4 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court and the petitioner is suffering with severe back pain and other age related problems and cannot shuttle between two cities. Therefore, prayed for relaxation of the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.14371 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 is hereby modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer once in a month until the filing of the charge sheet, and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
