When the matter is called, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent informs the Court that on 23.07.2017 final orders were passed in pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 06.04.2017. In view of subsequent development, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, letter dated 22.03.2018 is filed before the Registry. 2.
Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to petitioner to work out his remedies if he is aggrieved by the decision made.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
