2017-04-11A Ramalingeswara Rao1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20683 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the F.I.R., in spite of lodging the complaints on 09.11.2015 and 30.11.2015.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that no such complaint was received by the fourth respondent. However, it appears that the complaint was addressed to the third respondent. One G.Krishna Veni lodged a complaint, dated 17.06.2016, with regard to the interference of the petitioner and on the basis of the said complaint, crime No.275 of 2016 was registered against the petitioner. The present writ petition was filed without disclosing the said fact.

In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a complaint with the fourth respondent if the petitioner is still aggrieved. No further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 11.04.2017 pln
