THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.565 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 08.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17818 of 2016. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent No.2 to take action against the illegal occupants of shop Nos.8 and 9 at the earliest in accordance with law and in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent/GHMC submits that after following the due procedure the respondent/GHMC evicted the illegal occupants of shop Nos.8 and 9. As such there is no willful and deliberate violation on the part of respondent/GHMC. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel that they have implemented the orders of this Court, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
