This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to demolish the building of the petitioner bearing Door No.21-1-44, T.S.No.67, 68 and 69 (Part) Ward No.21, Poolbagh Raod, Vizianagaram without initiating the proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as illegal and arbitrary. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 04.08.2015 in W.P.Nos.11046 and 24063 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing counsel for respondent-Corporation.

Since, the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
