THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.33593 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not renewing the petitioners notary certificate pursuant to their applications dated 30.01.2017, 11.03.2016 and 03.12.2016, respectively, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 02.12.2016, rendered in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and batch and the same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and batch, dated 02.12.2016. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
