ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.29 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Boath, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners/A1 to A5 were acquitted in the aforesaid criminal case and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
