O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the action of the third respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station and forcing to handover the agriculture land for an extent of Ac:5-78 cents in survey No.5 of Denapalli village of Muddanur Mandal, YsR Kadapa district to one Smt. D.Pullamma as illegal, arbitrary and against law and consequently to dfirect the respondents not to call the petitioner and his family ,members without following due process of law and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Sri Venkat Reddy Kodumury, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. When the matter is called, written instructions dated 15/10/2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Muddunur Police Station, Kadapa district have been placed by the learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

The written instructions, reads as under: "It is respectfully submitted that the contents of the petition is that the petitioner P.Shiva Reddy lodged complaint with the respondent police against one D.Pullamma and her henchmen stating that they came to their land in tractor for occupation of the above land and the same was informed to the respondent police.
But as of now no complaint was received by the petitioner or any one. Hence, the interference of the respondent police are false and baseless. The respondent police never forced the petitioner to handover the agriculture land to the above said D.Pullamma. Hence the allegations made against the respondent police are false and baseless. The respondent police never called the petitioner to police station as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, the same was denied."
4. On noticing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said written instructions.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by recording the above written instructions furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Muddunur Police Station, Kadapa district. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
