HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 4608 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the compliant filed by the petitioner on 9.1.2017. It is stated that FIR No. 145/2017 is registered against the complaint filed by the petitioner on 9.1.2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
