30.06.2023 ML,J I.A.No.2 of 2023 The present application is filed by the petitioner to extend time for surrendering before the concerned Court as directed by this Court in order dated 19.12.2022 in Crl.P.No.11012 of 2022.

It is stated that initially, as per bail conditions the petitioner shall surrender within 10 days before the concerned Court.

However, the petitioner could not surrender and he filed application under I.A.No.1 of 2023 seeking extension of time for 10 days to surrender and this Court considerably extended the time till 08.02.2023.

In spite of such extension of time, the petitioner has not complied the direction and filed the present application stating that in spite of making best efforts to secure the required huge surety amount, he could not secure the same.

OFFICE NOTE stated that the petitioner has now secured the surety amounts and he is ready to surrender and comply with directions of this Court and sought for extension of time to surrender by 10 days.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed extension of time.

Considering the reasons given by the petitioner, this application is allowed and time for surrender is extended till 10.07.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to petitioner at any cost for any reasons.

Further, the petitioner shall not wait for copy of this order, if there is delay in issuing copy, he shall surrender before the concerned Court by filing a memo.
