This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 23.12.2016 in I.A.No.665 of 2016 in O.S.No.591 of 2016 on the file of the Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam.

A perusal of the record reveals that the trial Court granted ex-parte interim injunction in favour of the first respondent on 23.12.2016. The petitioner herein without filing counter for vacating the interim order dated 23.12.2016, straightaway approached this Court. It is only an ex-parte order. 3.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.665 of 2016 in O.S.No.591 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.665 of 2016 in O.S.No.591 of 2016, as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of the counter by the petitioner.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
