ORDER

While admitting the writ petition on 15.02.2012, this Court vide WPMP No.4563 of 2012 granted interim suspension.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in pursuance of the said interim order dated 15.02.2012, the petitioner was reinstated into service and was being continued in service and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
