THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2106 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is reported by the learned Government Pleader that the tractor and trailor have been produced before the Court and the petitioner can make an application before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
