THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32340 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipalities and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondentGHMC. When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, without filing any representation before the GHMC, petitioners herein directly filed the present Writ Petition before this Court and, as such, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.

On the other hand, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein may be permitted to submit an appropriate representation before the respondent-GHMC and the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the same in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to submit an appropriate representation before the respondent-GHMC, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation is filed by the petitioners herein, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
