This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.199 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Huzurabad Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(g), 3(2)(v)(a) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act, 2015 and 447, 324 and 506 read with 34 IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
