HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17263 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he acquired the land to an extent of Ac.03-22 cents in Sy.No.366/2B and an extent of Ac.01-65 cents in Sy.No.366/2C situated at Gorigenuru Village, Jammalamadugu Mandal, Kadapa District in family partition dated 29-12-2015 and he has made application to the District Collector on 27-042016 and the same was forwarded to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar passbook. It is also stated that the petitioner was issued pattadar passbook in respect of Ac.01-62 cents and his name was reflected in ROR and Adangal and for remaining extent of Ac.03-11 cents, pattadar passbook has to be granted by virtue of family partition. As such, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, who submits that the petitioner has not made application under Form 6-A for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make application as per rules.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is open for the petitioner to make application in proper format in Form 6-A as per rules within a period of (4) weeks from today and on such application, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 06-06-2016 nvl
