It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 14.12.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.43176 of 2016, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make application in Form-VI A seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of lands in Survey Nos.1080/2, 1084/3, 1086/2, 1094/3, 1081/3, 1080/3, 1080/4, 1081/2, 1082/5, 1084/2, 1085/2, admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents each, situated at Peddapalli Gram Panchayat, Sidhout Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, within a period of two weeks from today, in which event necessary orders be passed, after hearing the petitioners and other aggrieved persons, if any, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of making of such application.
