THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.41603 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner applied for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds by statutory application under Form 6(a) on 15.05.2015 and he was also stated to have paid a requisite fee under Mee Seva seeking pattadar pass books with reference to Survey No.512 admeasuring Ac. 0.18 cents in Pudipatla Village, Chandragiri Sub-District, Balaji Registration District, Tirupati, Chittoor District. The said application is stated to be pending and though notice calling for objections was issued by the 2nd respondent as early as on 15.05.2015, no further proceedings have taken place.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

3. In view of the consideration of the said application being only is the issue, the 2nd respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner as aforesaid and pass appropriate orders, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
