HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23400 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed W.P.No.11081 of 2009 against the mutation made in favour of the respondents No.5 and 6 and the said writ petition was disposed of on 18.11.2009 setting aside the mutation proceedings dated 24.07.2000 and also giving liberty to the 4th respondent to issue notices to all the concerned and then proceed with the enquiry and pass appropriate orders as per law. Though the said order was passed, no action has been initiated by the 4th respondent so far. In pursuance to the same, the petitioner filed Revision dated 23.05.2016 before the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed in the said revision, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner is of the opinion that the respondents have violated the orders of this Court, he has to file a contempt case instead, he approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
This Court while disposing of W.P.No.11081 of 2009 granted liberty to the 4th respondent to issue notices and then conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner on 23.05.2016 in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
