It is fairly conceded by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.3465 of 2015 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 12.08.2015 passed in the said batch is placed on record. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to pay the amounts due to the petitioner for the works in question as there is no dispute in this regard. This payment shall be effected expeditiously and not later than a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
