HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32060 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 on the Mee Seva application No.TARMU011800273283 in Form 6A, dated 01.03.2018, made by the petitioner, for granting E-pattadar pass book - cum - title deed and also effecting mutation in the name of the petitioner in online web land revenue records in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.44 cents in Survey No.78/2 of Obulakkapalle Revenue village in Peddaraveedu Mandal of Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 01.03.2018, made by the petitioner, at the earliest. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to dispose of the application dated 01.03.2018, made by the petitioner, for granting E-pattadar pass book - cum - title deed and also effecting mutation in the name of the petitioner in online web land revenue records in respect of the aforementioned land, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
