K.Nagarjuna, v. The Chief Of Air Staff,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11578 OF 2012 DATED: 11.03.2015 Between:
K. Nagarjuna .. Petitioner And The Chief of Air Staff, Air Head Quarters, Vayu Bhavan, New Delhi and another.
.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11578 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the discharge application dated 23.01.2012 submitted by the petitioner on the ground of his mother's ill health.
A further declaration was sought that the petitioner was entitled to get discharged from service without any coercive action. However, it is now stated by Sri Seena Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 18.02.2014 by way of disciplinary action. Learned counsel therefore submits that in the light of this development, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order dated 20.04.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
