CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.38248 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 03.10.2005, in I.A.No.888 of 2005 in L.G.C.No.4 of 2005 on the file of the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad.

On 19.09.2016, this Court adjourned the case to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to ascertain whether consequent on abolition of the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad, by the State of Telangana, the pending cases including the one which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, were transmitted to the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1, placed before us, a photocopy of letter in Lr.Dis.No.700/2016/Regr/SC/Judl-II, dated 26.09.2016, addressed by the Registrar, Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad, to the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein it was stated that he was transmitting along with the said letter, entire case record in L.G.C.No.4 of 2005.

In the light of the above facts, the petitioner needs to approach the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for appropriate reliefs in the pending L.G.C.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without adjudicating the same on merits, with liberty to the petitioner to claim appropriate

CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.38248 of 2016 relief in L.G.C.No.4 of 2005 pending before the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47145 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
