THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23052 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 10.12.2016 issued by the third respondent suspending the authorization of the petitioner in respect of fair price shop No.38, Burujupalli, Hamlet of Gundlacheruvu Village of Galiveedu Mandal, YSR District.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 31.07.2017 passed by the third respondent terminating the temporary appointment of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
