Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited. 2.

Petitioners are working as Coal Fillers. They are aggrieved by not implementing the 9th and 10th Wage Agreements with reference to fixation of Wages, D.A. etc. Praying to implement the 9th and 10th Wage Agreements, petitioners submitted representation on 23.06.2018. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioners. 4.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 23.06.2018 submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
