HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4269 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 31-07-2013 passed in I.A.No.40 of 2013 in O.S.No.30 of 2007 by the Junior Civil Judge, Achampet, dismissing the application filed under Order VI Rule 17 of Code of Civil Procedure.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.30 of 2007 was decreed by the Junior Civil Judge, Achampet on 29-04-2016. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
